Just a Florida family sharing our homes and adventures
We are not a large management company or anything fancy, just a 3rd generation Floridian and family and we have been lucky enough to acquire some beautiful homes if Florida and Georgia and we cant visit them all at once. This isn't a business really its just a way of sharing the things we love to visit and do. We don't have a lot of fancy paperwork or fees for our Florida rentals generally a text message or call with the owner a one page simple agreement and a hand shake (Blue ridge Georgia cabin is managed by a cabin rental company but they are equally easy to deal with)
