Guest cottage is a quaint 1 king bedroom 1 bathroom with a small living room (with pull out couch) the old Florida jalousie windows give a great view of the Withlacoochee river as she flows steadily by this cottage is a great place for an additional couple or older kids to have their own space.

The property sits right on the river and has docked a 31' boat comfortably with room for larger. Only 2 miles to Gulf of Mexico and 10+ feet of deep water entire way.

House provides amazing access for scalloping and due to proximity to the gulf is quicker getting to the scallop grounds than most homes in Homosassa or crystal river.

Multiple nearby ramps allow for access to a lifetime of inshore fishing the way it used to be!!

The home is within walking distance of The Blackwater Restaurant a fine dining gem overlooking the river. Additionally it is a convenient drive to rainbow springs in Dunellon, Cedar key or Crystal River
