"Write Off Shore" Cudjoe Key

The perfect home and layout for a group or multiple families. Upstairs is a well appointed 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout with a spacious porch overlooking the canal and seawall. Featuring everything needed for an enjoyable stay of relaxing, touring the keys, fishing and cooking your catch.

Downstairs is a separate efficiency style space with a queen sized bedroom and an additional sitting room with a pullout couch to make a 4th bedroom if needed, this a great space for an additional couple or older kids to have their own space and privacy

Location is everything in the Florida keys and this house provides a perfect mix of everything the keys has to offer. Situated off Mile Marker 22 and Within walking distance of the famous Square Grouper and My New Joint restaurants the perfect place to enjoy a world class meal or enjoy a drink at the bar while rubbing elbows with local captains and recounting the days adventures on the water or enjoying a tip on whats biting. For more night life or exploring Key West is a short 25 minute drive away providing the quiet low key vibe of Cudjoe with easy access to the bustling vibe of Key West. This in our opinion is the best area of the Florida Keys still enjoying that classic Florida charm but still within the fun touristy activities

Lets face it this is what we all come for. Our Cudjoe Key vacation home has 60' of dockage seawall with a little room for overhang. It is an extremely short canal ride to open water with great access to the Atlantic or to the Gulf of Mexico through the large and well marked Kemp channel. The Atlantic provides some of the best patch reefs for yellowtail or snorkeling, very short ride to world famous Looe key or American Shoal. Our guests regularly run to the reefs off Key West and the Marquesas, The canal is 40' wide and has housed a 30' century with twin 300s so far with no issues. This house was specifically set up for fishermen, scuba divers and spearfishermen that is what we do and this location and house reflects that. We include a large commercial ice machine and a deep freezer, the time and money these alone save will make this house a great value. Additionally if you are new to the keys or seasoned the owner will include 5 good gps locations to help get you started no other rental in the Florida Keys offers that!!

Monroe County regulations  require that we rent for a minimum 28 day period, so basically this house rents 1 month at a time. There is no rule that says you cant split a month with friends or family and each enjoy a week or 2 but as the owners we must rent to a single person 1 moth at a time or longer

Bring your furry friend, we are dog people and totally understand the need to bring them along, we evaluate this on an individual basis and the decision to allow pets is on a case by case basis and within reason. Feel free to call or email Adam directly to discuss
